User account management simplified using IDrive

  • Any paid IDrive subscriber (IDrive Pro user) can have this ability to manage multiple PC accounts from one central account.

  • Users also have the ability to view the summary status of backup jobs performed on each PC (identified by the unique username) from the central web based console. This backup status report indicates if backups have failed on any individual PC and reports the same.

  • There is an option to view the detailed backup status on each PC.

  • Users can edit details of their additional accounts and even upgrade the plan for additional accounts by simply clicking on the particular additional account 'Username' located on the 'Additional Accounts' page.

  • For easy maintenance, users can group additional accounts into department wise categories. Departments for additional accounts can be changed as per the user’s choice. There is also an option to delete the department wherein the additional accounts grouped in that department will remain unaffected.
